Any figure produced by the Plan Your Move questionnaire is a preliminary, rough estimate based on the information you provide. It is not a fixed quote, a guaranteed price, or a confirmed booking.

Your final amount may change once we review your answers and confirm the inventory, access, carrying distance, parking, stairs, lift restrictions, special items, packing requirements and route. We will discuss the scope with you before any work is confirmed.

A small fee applies, and it's discounted from your move if you book with us. We confirm the details with you when we arrange a time. An inspection gives you a more accurate estimate, but it is still not a fixed quote until we confirm your move with you.

You agree that the details you enter are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. A more accurate estimate depends on accurate information about your move.

Furniture rehoming is entirely optional and is assessed before moving day. We cannot guarantee that any particular item will be accepted, as this depends on the item’s condition and on the capacity and requirements of our charity and community partners at the time.

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but it is provided for general information about our services. Nothing on this website forms a binding offer until we confirm the details of your move with you directly.
