Any figure produced by the Plan Your Move questionnaire is a preliminary, rough estimate based on the information you provide. It is not a fixed quote, a guaranteed price, or a confirmed booking.

Your final amount may change once we review your answers and confirm the inventory, access, carrying distance, parking, stairs, lift restrictions, special items, packing requirements and route. We will discuss the scope with you before any work is confirmed.

You agree that the details you enter are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. A more accurate estimate depends on accurate information about your move.

Furniture rehoming is entirely optional and is assessed before moving day. We cannot guarantee that any particular item will be accepted, as this depends on the item’s condition and on the capacity and requirements of our charity and community partners at the time.

Homeward reusable moving bags may be supplied as part of your move where required. They are not currently sold separately through this website. Any load rating or capacity figure will only be published once it has been certified.
