Privacy Policy
Last updated August 2026
This policy explains what information Homeward collects when you plan a move or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Information we collect
When you use the Plan Your Move questionnaire or contact us directly, we collect the details you provide. This can include your name, mobile number, email address, the addresses or suburbs you are moving between, details about your property and belongings, preferred dates, and any notes you add.
We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and we do not collect sensitive information beyond what you choose to share about your move.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to prepare a rough estimate, review the details of your move, contact you about your enquiry, and plan and carry out your move if you go ahead.
Your enquiry is sent to our team by email so we can respond. We only use your details for the purpose of your enquiry and running our removals service.
Furniture rehoming
If you ask us to help rehome suitable unwanted furniture, we may share relevant, limited details with a charity or community partner so they can assess whether they can accept an item. This is only done to coordinate the rehoming you have requested.
How we store and protect it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it to respond to your enquiry and provide our service, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time.
To make a request or ask a question about your privacy, contact us at homewardremoval@gmail.com or on 0452 641 206.
