We use your move size and how full the home is for a base labour range, then adjust for access (stairs, lifts, parking, carrying distance) and any heavy or special items. Local labour is $180 per hour with a 2 hour minimum, and prices exclude GST. The figure you see is a rough starting range, not a fixed quote.
The estimate is based on your answers. If the inventory, route, parking, access, stairs, lifts, special items or services are different on the day, the final amount can change. A real person reviews every enquiry before anything is confirmed.
Yes. A call-out fee applies on top of the hourly labour. It depends on your route and requirements, so we confirm the exact amount with you when we review your move rather than showing a number that may not apply.
Yes. Stairs, lift access and bookings, parking and the distance from your door to the truck all affect how long a move takes, so they are part of your estimate.
Yes. Flat-pack items, bed frames and larger pieces can be dismantled and reassembled. Just mention it when you plan your move.
Yes. Mattress wrapping and protective covers are available, along with protective moving blankets for your furniture.
Yes. Interstate moves are assessed individually. We estimate the loading and unloading labour upfront, and confirm the interstate transport after reviewing your route.
